Shrikar Resort by ILIF Hotels

I had booked a hotel room at Shikhar Resort through the Agoda platform one day in advance. However, upon reaching the hotel for check-in, my booking was declined because the hotel was fully booked. The staff informed me that they had not received any booking details from Agoda. I was shocked and surprised as I had already booked the room in advance, and this happened during a busy weekend at noon. I immediately contacted the Agoda team, but they did not take responsibility for the issue. Instead, they arranged a room for me in another hotel, which was extremely dirty and of a much lower value compared to what I had originally booked. Although I managed to get through the situation, I was very unhappy with both Agoda and Shikhar Resort for the inconvenience caused to me and my family. I faced significant challenges that day due to poor coordination and service. I would advise others to be cautious when booking through Agoda to avoid similar issues.

No Proper way to reach hotel. Hotel is too much inside in village.. Staff is not good.
