I was hesitant at first to visit here after reading the reviews but we took the chance and went anyway, and the experience was absolutely wonderful! The rooms are cozy and clean, the food preparation is delicious, we asked the tai to make fish fry less spicy and she made it to perfection! Overall we enjoyed our stay here. I think this hotel is genuinely trying to improve. Go for it if you’re looking for an affordable, cozy place to stay that is close to the beach (10-12min walking) .

Loved the place, the service is great and the owners are extremely friendly and caring. The food was excellent and the location is just right for either a trip to the beach or to the city. Want to visit again!

Worst stay experienced here. Reception staff is never present at table. Reception person is also arrogant and hesitant to provide any help. A fainted dog was lying at reception. Looked scary. Worst oyo stay of mine till now. There are other better options available near alibaug beach. I wasted 1100 rs here. Don't prebook this hotel. First visit before your stay then confirm.

Worst ever experience of my life. This is the worst hotel I've ever seen no geyser is working no proper cleanliness staff is very arrogent owner is also very rude and arrogent water is not coming in morning we've booked 2 rooms and both of the rooms have same issues beds are not proper springs are popping out bedsheets are durty don't book this hotel if you want to save your money.

Good place to live in small budget the only problem we had they didn't provide basic amenities like soap, towel etc etc which come under oyo amenities we had to ask them for that. At very first we got the room which didn't had any lock to lock the main door and balcony door so we had to change the room , thankful to the care taker who helped us in changing the room. Rest if you want to live in a small budget a good place to stay!! HAPPY STAY!!

DO READ: Looking at the overall experience, I'll recommend if you're not getting a cheaper option. Here's my experience, I arrived late around 1 pm, since the check in was at 12, the room was not ready. The Wifi was not function first but they recharged it later. Rooms are tiny and cozy, boi I had best sleep here with the AC and fan on. The hotel is average but does it matter if you'll be spending your time at the beach? locality is really good and less expensive compared with the hotels at Alibaug, although Alibaug is just 15 mins away. We were promised a complimentary breakfast, however since the breakfast was to be ordered from outside I politely declined. By the time I was out looking for breakfast but couldn't find anything other than vadapav. I decided to return to hotel, the manager of the hotel Mr Swaraj was quite and polite and I've seen the humblest gesture, since we didn't have breakfast, he accepted our request to make breakfast for us (Maaggie). We were also allowed to extend out stay for a couple hours in order to arrange our journey. I will recommend this place because of the positive experience I've had here. There was a human touch and did not see the money hounds. PS: do visit a nearby restaurant called HANGOUT, amazing food at less cost.
