Service was not systematic. Food test was good but meal time and Service was not at all nice. Very bad experience. Tv also not recharged. Location and ambience was good But very poor management and very slow service No snacks. No evening tea coffee served. Swimming pool was not clean. No Extra activities and Games. Boor experience. Staf was very slow slow slow. Do not take meal package because breakfast lunch dinner is not getting on time and systematic. And In meal package water is also chargeable Extra amount. In one day only 1 bottle received for two persons. Sales and marketing person was also not responding calls on time And not explained about package properly. Location was also not sended. We ask him about Location in morning at 9 am when we were going for alibag. But he sended it in evening when we already reached at 5pm. He Misguided about package. We have took ac deluxe rooms package but in rooms there was no fridge and electric cattel. Mirror was also broken in room no 601. No feel like deluxe room. Not good for couple 😕

We checked in for 2 days. Hotel is located little inside near village and it's good to have your own vehicle as it's not at walkable distance from beach or market. It has big lawn which they use for marriage or other functions. It had working swimming pool as well. They have kept quite an open area which gives u a resort like feeling. Rooms were clean and big enough, staff was helpful and food was tasty. Overall, good experience

We have change frm Room no 401 to 402,due to ac nt working proper.but ac in that room also nt working, when we ask staff , it will work, tv channel no signal ,when we ask staff they say recharge we will do.in night .before booking plz see personaly room,then only pay,it's very sad,to see this kind of service,

The rooms were very very good...the location was strange n scary ( specially if you go with family ) ...place is hard to find.No proper roads to reach hotel. Since they didn't had kitchen , the food was served cold. The Guy at reception was very good and when I complained about the place he tried to place me in other hotel as well. The staff was very friendly and polite. They also agreed to provide bon fire with no additional expense. So if you are group of boys and want to accommodate not so expensive this "can" be a place . For families with kids this place is a big No.

Awesome place. The pool is nice. Food is a big problem over here. The staff is helpful though. Transportation is again a problem. As the hotel have to arrange rickshaws and you have to wait for at least 20 to 30 mins. Also the timings are not a problem and a great feature though. The place is situated in a very dense forest and it's not that easy to locate it as well because while travelling via a car you may find difficulty in finding a way towards the cottage.

Today's a seminar was great , Perfectly organised, Thank u Harshal Sir, Our team was truly pleased with location , the nature and most of all the green tea and Kanda Poha in teabreak .

Room was very mediocre. Lack of storage space for keeping luggage or stuff, lack of parking facility, poor quality of furniture, no lift. Good food was the only refreshing feature of this property. Room wasn't the one shown online. Service was adequate. Approach road is just a pathway.. Considering everything, seems to be overpriced.
