We recently celebrated the first birthday of our twins at this hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience! The staff went above and beyond to arrange everything perfectly, from the decorations to the cake, making the celebration truly special. Their attention to detail and thoughtful touches made us feel so welcome. The hospitality was exceptional, and they took care of every little request with a smile. Our family and friends were equally impressed by the service and warmth. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to mark this special occasion! Thank you again !!

It was a very pleasant experience staying at Arova.The staff was kind and friendly. Kajal the receptionist and Kim in the restaurant greeted us warmly and were very polite and helpful.The breakfast was delicious as well. All in all a great holiday stay.

The suite was absolutely fantastic!||Our suite was a perfect escape! The spacious living room with its cozy balcony offered stunning views. The bedroom was a haven of comfort with all the necessary amenities. A highlight was the luxurious bathtub in the attached washroom. The additional washroom was a practical touch. The huge TV in the living room was perfect for relaxation. ||||The poolside treehouse was a unique and refreshing experience. The swimming pool was well-maintained and inviting. ||||Meraki Restaurant offered a delicious variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The staff was friendly and attentive. ||||The banquet hall and lawn area seemed perfect for events, though we didn't use them. ||||Overall, a wonderful stay! Highly recommend this gem in Lonavala!

Rooms are okish. Bathrooms are super small. The bathroom had a broken mirror rod and many other broken things, pictures are attached.The staff is not very friendly. We were promised a breakfast buffet which staff refused in the morning stating they don't have many guests. I asked them about the number of guests the day before too to which they replied they were full and all the guests went out at the moment. The rooms are not worth Rs 6000. If you are getting the room in 3k its ok to stay otherwise i would say book some other good hotel. I wouldn't call it a resort because all they have is a pool, rest all other games are per name sake

Beautiful ambience in a relative small setting but very well maintained. Clean pool, big balconies and close to the main road. polite and professional staff with ease of check in. Restaurant had wonderful breakfast too. Enjoy your stay here.

A hidden gem with easy accessibility. Small but well maintained rooms. Clean pool, lawns and sit out area. Beautiful ambience which is rare when u are so close to the main road. Staff are prompt polite and professional. Special thanks to Ms Kim, Mr Harsh and the restaurant team who made us a wonderful breakfast.

Good Hotel, good location. Stayed in Suit room running jacuzzi was a challenge the person at hotel helped, it worked after lot of efforts. Hot water arrangements can be better. Breakfasts was good, spread is limited can be extended
