Good friendly staff Very helpful and Prompt service.Budget friendly resort.Parking should be little more spacious and little cleanliness is required. Atmosphere is good and swimming pool of is clean and tidy. My son liked the garden and play area.

Actually the rooms are not done up properly. No proper lights outside the rooms. Ac does not work most of the time. The TV is there for just name sake, with nothing to watch as none of the channels subscriptions is renewed. But even after this I liked the food, which is just too good. That's the saving grace for this resort

I would like to to share my experience in details for my stay at this hotel for 30th and 31st October 2Nights, they charged me 7972/- for 2 nights, I stayed in a family Double room at second floor, to start with the steps it is so narrow and uncomfortable for any elderly person to get into rooms. Room size is ok but no maintenance at all, everywhere dusts. Shabby appearance of walls, with damp snd stains. House keeping service was Nil during my stay, no cleaning of rooms and toilet. Linens are so untidy, stains in towels, bed sheets are of low quality. Pillows have stains. Light points are inadequate in numbers, ward robs are not cleaned stinking damp smell. The worst part is the washroom, very old tiles, broken floor tiles and sanitary fixture, no towel rail, no shelfs to keep toiletries, wash basin is so small corner type water spaleshes out while washing. Jet shower broken and in delapited condition, toilet stinking, the water wall mixture is not connected to geyser, a seperate external tap connection with a small geyser is given, so the shower can't be used for hot water. The worst part is room service, you need to waite for atleast 30 to 45 min for a cup of tea that too on calling twice to reception, the intercom is not functional. The morning complimantry brekfast were average type, items are very limited and below average, no bread toaster, no juices, no egg items. So overall its a worst experience of my stay here, all minus points, no plus points, I would not recommend any one to ever come to this hotel. Charges are also high compare to services provided.
