The Orchid Lonavala

The food and service is excellent. Specifically, Mousami was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. The F&B Manager, Mr. Pradeep Puri, was patient, understanding, and responsive when we raised issues around housekeeping. The staff’s professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out, making our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Overall, it was a very good experience, and we look forward to visiting again.

The hotel was good and is located at the entrance of Lonavala, having good parking space but the staff lacked basic promptness and service. Even after booking a premiere room I was alloted a room which had bad odour, which was without any vie and was not cleaned. After requesting we got the room changed but again the linen was dirty. Though we checked in late, they did not keep our room ready nor did they pay attention to it. Their Boulevard restaurant had limited breakfast buffet options and the food was not upto the mark as some of their items were outsourced and not made freshly in the restaurant. Overall not worth spending Rs. 10,000/- for a night.

It’s really a nice experience with orchid. They are really very familiar with customer. The food is also awesome. The rooms, the ambiance and all other things are really very comfortable. The taste of food is really good, they’re very good for their gestures highly recommend orchids whenever will stay in lonavala.

Overall a beautiful experience .Their Courteous staff was very welcoming and cooperative.. A wide range of varieties was served in breakfast and Their chinese food is something to die for. A perfect stay..

It's a good hotel overall but the rooms are not that great for the price paid compared to other hotels in the same location. Staff were polite. Had a bitter experience as we were shifted to another room due to some electricity issue after check in. Restaurant was good but really expensive. Food was tasty though but rates were high.

At the reception, Shantanu was very co-operative, even the mangers were very co-operative. check in was smooth, Manger Ganeshan was also very co-operative.|Nice and quite ambience.|We had DJ nite, but nobody was there, so we requested the DJ to be played, but he played it softly, as due to low occupancy, they had canceled the DJ nite, but he played it for me and my spouse, it was really a good experience & we felt special.|||Few suggestions.||Room no 305 the drainage of the wash basin was not working properly.|Swimming pool nobody was using, also was not clean ( leaves were floating on the top & bottom). |Breakfast which was included in the tariff was not upto the mark, as it was limited due to less check in, had to remind the staff about refill, though they were co-operative, it should have been taken care without any reminders.|Table tennis bats need to be replaced, not working to play with these bats|The ping pong ball were all bad and not good.|only pool table & carrom were worth playing.||overall, if you ignore small things, the experience was good, or maybe we are at the hotel when the occupancy was the lowest.||Would recommend, but at a price, as we paid around 6046/- per night including breakfast for two, this price seems reasonable.|if the price is more, quite frankly you have other options, with these level of services available in Lonavala. ( nothing against The Orchid).

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at Orchids multiple times and have always been impressed by the high standards of the hotel. The ambiance and service are top-notch, making for a truly enjoyable experience. The only minor drawback is that the food can be a bit pricey, but it’s well worth it for the quality. Overall, a fantastic choice!

The rooms were extremely clean and amenities were working fine. We had breakfast inclusive stay and breakfast was also very tasty with wide variety of options. Overall a very comfortable stay with some good service from the staff.
