Hotel Rudra Mahur

We (3adults + 1child) visited the place for Darshan at Mahurgada after Diwali, by the time we reached the place was fully booked and we managed to get the last room which was non ac(all ac rooms were occupied by then).The room was decent and well ventilated, washroom was clean and beddings were fresh and comfortable. The traiff was inexpensive as well. Next morning the hotel staff without our request or any extra charges provided us with another room as soon as it got vacant so we could get ready comfortably for Darshan, which was really hospitable of them. What struck us most was the honesty of the staff, after Darshan we checked out and left as we had to travel to another destination, 15 hours after checking out and 300km away I realised I have forgot my gold wedding ring and chain at the room (which was of considerable value), I panicked and called the manager, the manager told me that they have already found it and have kept for safekeeping. The staff has been trying to get in touch with me since they found the ring and chain. The issue was while filling in my details during previous night due to being wary from travel my handwritting was such that the last digit of my number was different. Next day I travelled back and tried to express my gratitute with some monetary gift, as there honesty had saved me from incuring a big loss, but they didnot accept it and only asked as to visit them. The review is lenghty, but I was really touched by the behaviour of the staff so I wrote in detail. Many may say that if they would have done anything dishonest I could have taken other actions, but all those are just conjectures the reality is the honesty and behaviour of the staff really made out trip memorable and put a smile on our face, that there are nice people everywhere. It was the best place to go to stay , when we visit Mahur temple….the staff and owner is so honest and good people….we left our gold chain there and owner called and returned to us after two day….they are very good people…curtious and helped us on all ways possible….best place to stay

Not even willing to give one star. It was worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. We booked a room before 8 days and asked manager to send photos of room on WhatsApp but when I visited actually their...photos which I received on WhatsApp was completely different from actually room and whole room was dirty literally no windows in washroom..no lights in washroom..all staff was drunked.. there were many ants in room and when we asked to cancel a room they behaved with us very arrogantly and even one staff member got up to punch me they didn't refunded my money all staff was very drunked and on that day itself same thing happened with two persons. It's my genuine experience please don't book this hotel even in urgency...

Some Uneducated Idiots are present there. He showed me room & lying on face like everything is good & service is top notch, if you need anything let me know I'll be there & after 30 mins he came & knocked on the door said I need money & need to go somewhere. No Geyser ( Fake Geysers are placed ) Gas Stove arrangement is made in common area, we have to go ourself with bucket & bring it. Dirty, Pathetic, Useless Experience 👎🏻

Worst restaurant in whole Mahur. Go there if you want to insult yourself. The owner used harsh insulting words towards my family. You can't complain anything about food if you do so you will be insulted. They wont even hesitate to insult even the elderly respected women. Very very dirty restaurant no cleanliness. Taste is also worst. Overall very vad experience.

Very worst Hotel as hotel is not clean with toilet flush is not working bad behaviour of hotel running person NAGNATH HUSE with bad words गाली. Rooms are not clean with bed bugs Mr Nagnath drinks Liqour and handels reception also his staff is drunks lot and gives services very worst. There were bottles of liquor in room. Also water storage tanks are not clean worms 🪱 in water. Worst service! Worst behaviour!! Worst Hospitality!!!

Worst hotel at mahur. Very Arrogant staff and third class manager and staff ,No cleanliness in room , toilet windows broken , staff was drunk, no money was refunded after cancellation of room.

Number one cheating Hotel Manager, Ngnath Patil as 1.he book the same room to multiple customer at same time. 2. Take advance payment and later says my Owner force me to allot your booked room to his relatives. 3. He says, hotel owner relatives are more important than any customer 4. No etigutes even to talk with ladies customer.
