Rooms are big and clean. A family maintains this hotel. It is not a traditional hotel so getting stuff takes time because they do not maintain inventory. Other big issue is of food. Taste and quality was good but they ask order upfront. And if you need additional food most of the time they are unable to serve since they prepare as per order. So 2 plates veg cant be made 3 if you need it at the table.

The hotel provides 9 big rooms with Air condition, Wi-Fi, attached bathrooms.||Rooms are clean and neat. Staff is friendly. Food quality is good.|Compared to nearby amenities this hotel is quite good.||Parking facility is available.

Very Good Hospitality & Service by Mr. Sagar Parab. Rooms are Neat & Clean. Food quality is excellent especially a Vegetarian Thali as giving a feeling like eating at home itself. We have not tried Non-Veg but sue that it will be also of same good quality Worth for staying during holidays as even Malvan Seashore is 5 -7 mins walkable distance & Malvan market. Suggestions from Mr. Sagar Parab for Sight Seeing & arrangements are very good .... Overall value for money.

Nice Rooms and clean Ambience. Supportive staff. Though new in this venture have better plans in future which are quiet impressive. Thanks to Mr. Sagar Parab for a good hospitality
