We had a very nice luxurious stay at Savita Nivas. Right from our little ones to my parents everyone enjoyed, the owner Mr.Santosh Sir is very courteous.The location is class you can view the Seashore😍 and hear through the Shor of the sea😉 right from the balcony and window. Last but the not the least 'The Tea is fantastic'. I would recommend this stay as truly Perfect for family.

Best ever stay place near chivla beach malvan. So cheap and neat and clean rooms. Very nice service by the caretaker. Easy access to the nearby tourist destination example sindhudurg fort, Rock garden etc.

Location in front of beach, Just wow 😯! I personally like it . surely visit again with kids room's are very cleaned and good interior, sports activities on beach, Island tour is very satisfying. Delicious food near by.very pleasant weather.you must visit there.

Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at a charming home stay in Malvan. Situated right by the beach, the location was idyllic. What truly impressed me was their exceptional service. When I encountered an issue with the air conditioner cooling, the staff promptly addressed it and stayed with it until the problem was resolved. Their dedication to ensuring a comfortable stay truly made my experience memorable. I highly recommend this home stay to anyone visiting Malvan. The ideal area for relaxing from day-to-day work. The place to be is right away at Chivla Beach Malvan. The proprietor is really humble and caring.All essential restaurants are within walking distance however I would prefer to visit one at लौकिक which is few metres away.

Great!!! and Ideal place to stay here with Family. We thoroughly enjoyed. Best part is, home stay experience and one of the Cleanest beach is just opposite to the road. STRONGLY recommend to the Families

Visited Post Covid, though the name is not glam or displayed simple, but the rooms were neat and clean, service was good and location was absolutely awesome. We literally observed the neighboring room got vacant and how swiftly the caretakers were cleaning the room (rightly) each and every corner. Shortage of words and appreciation but I loved it.

Great location, perfectly planned interior, soothing ambiance, immaculate décor........but a thing that makes this place a perfect sea side abode is the very polite, cooperative and friendly personality of the owner couple. Will definitely visit again and soon.
