1. Rooms were bad , towels , soap not provided on time. Room not clean. 2. These guys are scammer , charging 1400rs for squba diving , while market rate is 500rs. 3. Food was WORST! Insult to malvan foods, expensive price , quality and quantity worst than raw food. 4. WiFi is like 2G. 5. Nothing was served on time , music was too low and construction going on nearby ruined the charm of tarkarli. In short , they are blot to tarkarli tourist destination. Visit other hotels nearby, too much classy , better and photobomb scenary.

Very very worst stay experience. I would request you of you are looking stay, please stay away from this property. Stay experience was worse and we totally regret. Our tarkarli trip is wasted. Staff was not at all supportive and instead they will give you back answers. No water in toilets, no service at all. Rate which was decided while booking, during the final payment, they asked for more. When not accepted for payment, they started to talk about you personally on your aukad. Worse stay won't even recommend. Please stay away from them they are fraudsters.

Wa have very bad experience in hotel. Food quality is very poor,serivec staff is not gud communicate to back head staff. Eg cutting onion provided every hotel but ur staff told Everytime, he is service after 20-25minutes . In hotel bathroom shower not working. Everyone come to hotel for privacy but this hotel don't have this kind of service . Last day some outside person come to drink in hotel and hotel also provide service to him in front of our ladies family member rooms. Other place also available in hotel near by kitchen also but staff is provide this place only.

I was an amazing experience with my family all thought I have seen the rating of this is bad but i have given one chance after I have visit there my thoughts was completely change the bad review about this nivas is completely fake the, people is so warm and happening. After we gave the food order they have given us the order very instantly , it wadd so tasty and yummy I am loving with it the environment and real beautiful is tarkali beach which was just a walk away like 100 metter too close near this nivas i would recommend to visit this place ♥️

Rooms were nice and clean.... Vegetarian food was wonderful..... Tarkarli beach in walkable distance.. There are swings for children.... Overall a nice place for budget accommodation....

Fake. Food quality is bad. Also they will ask that go for squab diving with their contact which will charge very less as compare to market. We took it from them and later we came to know that they made us fool. It was less that half price what they charged. Please be carefull while doing any deal with their contact.

A nice peaceful place with a beautiful beach just a few metres away. Tasty Malvan food veg & non-veg. Easy excess to all tourist points and water sports.
