Big YES !!! We stayed at Anant Residency this month (Oct 2024) over 3 nights. The owner and the staff deserve full credits for everything they have done to take care of us. Highest level of professionalism they maintained! About literally everything they never said no ! You are sure to get delighted at this place. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, taste and variety of foods, care for kids, and your privacy are all great ! The place is strategically located if you are planning to cover Tarkarli, Devbagh, Sindhudurg Fort, and Malvan market, and other places. Parking is also possible at the premises for cars. Quiet surrounding is a plus point. In short, everything is a big positive and therefore we strongly recommend this place to all who want to visit Malvan!

Nice property, very well maintained. We stayed here for 4 nights. The traditional home made food was so good. This property is very close to Malvan beach and they've arranged the bike rentals, sports activities, sight seeing for us. Overall we had a nice experience with my family.

I stayed at this property with two families. One family had 1 year old kid and other family 4 year old boy. The property was very neatly maintained. The quality of service was outstanding. Because of two children, we had many adhoc requests related to food. The owner and staff were very courteous and supported and took care of all our needs as if we are their family. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone. And it's very close to beach and they have helped us in arranging for beach sports, dolphin visit etc Overall we had a great time with family..

Me and my wife stay hear for 3 days . Dandi beach and bus stop is only 5 min far from this property. Malvan market is 8 min far from this property. Clean room and nature friendly atmosphere is main attraction. Scooty on rent also provide hotel management. Food is very tasty 🤤 *Tushar Dada is very polite and good person . Thank you for your good Service.

Visited this small yet beautiful and peaceful place with my family which is very close to the beach. Wonderful stay. It's a family friendly place. Clean rooms and washrooms. Ample parking space. Food was simple and tasty. It's simply soothing and soul touching. Don't forget to try their "Ukadiche Modak" Good people managing the place they are friendly and helpful as local guides.

Very beautiful & clean Hotel. We stayed in their Premium rooms which were spacious & clean. Service and breakfast is also very good. We stayed here for 3 nights and the experience was great !!
