Shri Swami Samarth Niwas, Home Stay

We had a pleasant experience during our visit with family (including kid) at shree swami samarth niwas. Clean room, Very nice service. The Chiwla beach and malvan market is 5-10 min walking distance away from their place. Mr. Vikram's hospitality towards their guests is impeccable. He is very humble and kind. Highly recommend you to choose this home stay while staying in Malvan.

We stayed here for 3 days. I can definitely say that you can't get any other comfortable stay at that price. Vikram dada is very polite and helped for city tour as it was my first visit to Malvan side. You can get tasty home made food at short notice. I will definitely recommend this homestay for Malvan visit.

Nice experience, friendly environment. The owner is very helpful . Silent location , near to market place . We just left the homestay . Highly recommended . All the necessary things provide by owner. Overall nice experience to stay in shri swami samarth Niwas home stay.

Great place for a budget friendly stay. The host was very warm and kind. He recommended the best restaurant in Malvan-Atithi Bamboo. He also helped us to get a ride to roam around malvan and Devbaug. Highly recommended.

Fanatic location as well as service owner was so kind and gentlemen he provides each and every detail about rikshaw driver points to watch I would surely recommend to stay in this niwas u will loved it

The rooms were very clean, comfortably accommodating four people. The homeowner guy is very humble and kind. Surrounding the area was serenely peaceful, dotted with coconut trees, with the beach a mere 5-minute walking distance away. Nearby, few restaurants and stores were conveniently within walking distance. It's a good place for a family homestay as well. Drinks/smoking were not allowed. Everything at very reasonable rates.

Great Location and the experience of staying at this Homestay was nice. Vikram dada is a good person. He is always available at your service. Rooms are neat, clean and tidy. Homestay's location is just too good. Only the thing is that you won't be able to take a large vehicle upto the door. But, it can be managed. Morning breakfast is available in an affordable price and on prior intimation. Overall Experience was good. Nice and recommended.
