Sun Park Home Stay

We stayed here overnight along with 2 family members. Decent & clean rooms with air-conditioner. Rooms are small sufficient for 3pax. Limited time availability of hot water 7-9am was advised by them, but on request they agreed to provide in early morning. No inhouse facility for food. But nearby options were available as it is close to malvan market. Though away from beach, we had own vehicle.||Overall good budget option.

We had a comfortable three nights stay recently. Very close to the main market, and right next to a main road, but relatively quite place. It doesnt have an attached hotel or an eating area. Its very minimal. Since the market is close by, you dont miss out thelack of an eatery though. The Manager is very friendly, and can guide you to good hotels, sports and local places to visit. The rooms a small, but comfortable for two people. Toilets could be maintained better. Room pricing is sensible for the services they offer.

The stay here in sun park home stay is awesome, the washrooms are neat and clean, the rooms are good, if come driving your four wheeler here you will have to park it by the roadside infornt of the home stay(if it's a mini bus or any vehicle above that category you'll have to find parking somewhere else most probably a bit far away from the sun park home stay as the width of the roads is not much, your vehicle might get hit or damaged), the home stay don't serve you food you have to go out and enjoy your meals at the other hotels or the khanalval(food made in home and served in home) which are very common here, the tourist spots are only a few kilometres away from the sun park home stay, the view from the sun park home stay is not that good but you'd love the atmosphere over here, if you are a TV person or after some enjoyment at the beach if you'd like to watch TV make sure the cable attached to the TV is working, mostly you would not need the TV as the environment here is so pleasant that it will make forget to watch TV. Overall:- My experience at the sun park home stay is awesome as you have clean washrooms and good rooms to have ample of rest, along with beautiful environment.

I spend a couple of days here the hotel is neat and tidy the washrooms are clean . The owners are very helpful and friendly. Stay was worth money. Place is close to the market and there are many restaurants nearby. Overall the service is very good.

Stayed here for a night and it is really a good budget hotel. The rooms were comfortable. Staff was friendly and gave good service. As the hotel is located at the center of city it has many different places, restaurants nearby.
