OYO 15532 Konark Residency

Friendly staff. Good service and decent room. The person at reception was very helpful. Room was sufficiently big and had all basic amenities including a refrigerator. Hotel is 10 minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes from the market. One thing which could be improved is the Bedsheets which i found to be bit dirty and stained. The hotel has a small restaurant which serves traditional Malvani food including some vegetarian options. I tried Amboli Chatni and Ussal with Rice Bhakri both these disher were very tasty.

Very nice location, but need to counter the traffic as in the market area. Limited choice of food in the restaurant but manageable. Service and housekeeping was good. Hotel was totally booked. Wifi was not available anywhere except the reception area. Though the mobile network was good . 4G was working in the room. Overall place is clean and in the market area. Those who want to stay on the beach , can find many properties with a private access to the beach.

This is one of the best hotels in Malvan. Located centrally near the market. It's restaurant has good food at affordable prices. Swami restaurant in front of hotel is also a must try. Staff of the hotel is cooperative and helpful. Walk to the beach is 8-10 minutes. We stayed in a triple deluxe room which was quite big and had a greenry filled view from the balcony.

I stayed there for 2 days with my kids. We were looking for two rooms & they advised us a twin room. This was also good with the bill. The room service has a higher cost. But the restraunt is right next to the reception. The restraunt staff is very friendly & served us with a lot of joy. They also showed my kids live crabs!

One of the best OYO hotels ever visited. Has all the amenities in the room. Nice balcony, bathroom. excellent staff behaviour. Provides chairs cupboard mini frigde in the room as well. Must stay when visiting Malvan. Beach and ferry location for sindhudurg is very close.

Excellent location, at a 5 minute walk to Malvan beach. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The rooms are newly furnished and clean. Hot water anytime of the day, since every room has water heaters. Best of all, the restaurant serves great Malvani cuisine, both veg and non-veg. There is ample parking space within hotel premises.

We selected this hotel as it was centrally located. Sindhudurg ferry , ganesh temple, market, atithi bamboo restaurant is walkable distance Parking space is available 24hr hot water available Breakfast opens at 8.45 am -9am The food was good here.. 3/5 Rooms require a paint touchup. Rest everything was okay. Overall it was a nice experience.

Good job done by OYO at Konark Residency the hotel is very neat and clean with amenities that works... was more than happy to book from OYO and get special discount.... but the management won't let you checkin unless they get conformation from OYO. So one has to book in advance before going... again I have given one less star coz of the food quality is not so good at the hotel.
