Visava sea view Malvan

On 26th May 2025 we went to two family hotel "Visava sea view Malvan" for enquiry, we reached between 9 a.m. as my wife is receiving an award at Malvan, we made this plan suddenly.|| When we went to this hotel for inquiry, the care taker showed us the room, we preferred the room and we requested him to give us one of the two rooms now and the other one after it is ready, as there were children and women due to the event, he agreed to it and one of the two rooms was given to us. 5600 per day rent || My brother then went to fetch the goods I stayed there then the caretaker came to me and said I will give you a bill for less money and you pay me the higher amount but I refused them and I said I will have the bill. || Then when my brother came to the hotel with his family and my wife and kids he said I can't give the upper room so I told them ok you give the lower room but they refused to give us the room most of the rooms in the hotel were downstairs. But as I refused to pay them more with higher money and less bill they didn't give us room and we told them that when I talk to the owner he said tell who to tell || Please note the management

I visited Visawa sea view a week back with my cousins and we were a group of 20 people. This place is exactly opposite to Chiwla beach and the view from here is amazing . It has deluxe and standard rooms with quite affordable price. We had booked 4 rooms with extra mattress. Owner is very friendly and polite. We had small kids with us for whom we needed to cook and the owner allowed us to use the kitchen. Bisleri bottles were given by the owner when asked for it . Although there's just one thing I didn't like and that is extra charges for early check in and late check out. The hotel and rooms were empty. He could've not asked for extra charges but he did . If I ignore that 1 point then the hospitality of the host and location is amazing. The ambience is good and it has a restaurant by its side where we can dine in . Overall it's a great and affordable place to start.

Location is absolutely perfect. Nice and cozy rooms but caretaker is very very rude. 24th april 2021 is checked in. My 2yrs old son accidentally broke drinking water glass and caretaker was very rude even I payed for that broken glass. I wanted to stay there for couple of days but behaviour of caretaker didn’t allowed me to do so. He told us to remove shoes out side the hotel and I don’t know which hotel staff does that.

Affordable place to stay for short trip. They charge you around 1600rs for Standard Non AC rooms and around 2000rs for AC rooms. Rooms are clean and neat also the outer area of the hotel is exactly in front of the Chivala beach. They don't have their own restaurant so I would suggest to explore nearby restaurants for better food. Overall it was good experience as we stayed there for just a one night.

Beautiful resort on Chivla beach. This hotel is perfext for stay at Chivla beach for view and accessibility. 2 rooms have great sea view. Other are at the back. It is right next to the beach. Great service, hygiene and cleaning is maintained by staff Deshmukh and Sakhram takes care of everything. The provide brush tooth paste soaps and shampoo. Towel and bed sheets are changed everyday. Room is cleaned every day. Value for money. They also offer complementary breakfast which includes pohe upama and shira. There is restaurant samindar next to it. They have good tasty and affordable sea food cuisine.

The hotel rooms are well maintained & clean. Their is a nice restraunt on the property which offers good variety of food with quality. Breakfast is provided by the hotel staff. Location is just great since it faces Chivla beach. Few deluxe rooms in fact has sea view balacony, which is amazing. Highly recommended for family with Kids.

Its ideal location away from narrow lanes of malvan and market is walking distance. The villa has beautiful green lawn for conducting private parties. The whole villa and premise is ideal for families or group of 15 to 25 people. It also has enough parking space 2 mini-bus and 2 large SUVs can be parked comfortably. 5 mins of walking distance there are facilities for snorkeling / scuba diving and water game activities. The hotel rooms are well maintained & clean. Their is a restraunt on the property which offers good variety of food with quality. Breakfast is provided by the hotel staff. Location is just great since it faces Chivla beach. Few deluxe rooms in fact has sea view balacony, which is amazing. Highly recommended for family with Kids.

Awesome rooms and right in front of the chivala beach! The top floor sea view rooms are maintained well and are extremely spacious. The management and caretaker are very friendly and helpful. Had a pleasant stay here. Only problem was with respect the frequent light cuts in this place. Though this restaurant has a good generator backup, still at times you feel bored if you are sitting inside without tv and cable connection.
