Laxmi Niwas Homestay

Malvan is a lovely place, very laidback with wonderful beaches and lots of palm trees. I liked the home stay a lot, you live under palm trees among the local people only three minutes from the beach. The rooms are simple but are on the first floor surrounded by a big balcony where I enjoyed sitting in the green surroundings. The owners are very friendly and helpful and speak some English. You can have meals there too. We liked the Pooja for breakfast. Restaurants in town are not far away either. When you arrive, it's a bit hard too find as it is not next to a road. The rickshaw should stop in the road parallel to the beach, then ask locals for the right path (left of a temple).

Very poor service and do a lot of fraud No soap in the room, no sanitizer, no hand wash The only business in this hotel is to loot money
