Worst Stay Ever - Dirty Rooms, Unhygienic Conditions, and Poor Service I recently stayed at Malvana Aishwarya Hotel, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. The rooms we were assigned were dirty and poorly maintained. The bedsheets were stained, and the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. There was only one housekeeping person for the entire hotel, making it impossible to maintain any standard of cleanliness. The washroom was even worse. It was stinky and unhygienic, with mold in the corners and a foul odor that made it unbearable to use. To make matters worse, the room was infested with mosquitoes, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The morning staff at the reception were unhelpful and oversmart. For the price they charge, the service should be much better. The morning breakfast was totally unhygienic. They didn't clean the dining area after the previous night's dinner, resulting in a strong smell of leftover non-vegetarian food in the morning. The dining area floors were dirty, with many mosquitoes on the food and floor, making it an unpleasant experience. The overall hygiene and cleanliness of the hotel are severely lacking, and the staff's attitude only adds to the frustration. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My stay was incredibly uncomfortable, and I urge others to avoid this hotel at all costs. To the owner of this hotel: if you are reading this, kindly re-confirm with your staff. I showed them every dirty thing I experienced during my stay. If you have even a little shame, kindly refund us 50% of the amount we paid you. Malvan's Aishwarya is the best hotel in Malvan near bus stand. Ms. Ankita is cooperative and helpful. Rooms are clean, hygienic and spacious. Staff is helpful and disciplined. Food is delicious too. Had a wonderful experience with my family. ENJOYED my stay here, will definitely recommend to my friends and family. Thank you.

Rooms: The rooms are very clean and contain all the basic necessities. A good value for money package. Service: The staff is very helpful and tried to solve whatever query we had. Location: The hotel is located ~2KMs from the nearest beach. It is better to have your own travelling arrangements. . Suggestions: The breakfast was included in our booking but there was no filter water available in their dinning area! The staff ensured that the customer had to buy water bottles! Maybe they were instructed to do so but filtered water is a basic necessity which should have been readily available.

No doubt one of the best hotel in malvan market to stay with family. Amazing room service and maintained hygiene in hotel. Even the restaurant food quality and quantity is amazing with reasonable price. Over all highly recommended

One of the best staying options in malvan. The rooms are super clean and proper hygiene is maintained in the entire hotel. The staff is very nice, humble and polite. All in all a very pleasing experience.
