Absolutely unclean place. The service is worse for the amount they charge. The rooms are unclean and the linen had not been changed. We had to force them to change the linen and even the new linen had not been washed properly. It had hair and dirt on it. The hotel is not at all well managed. The hotel is not worth for the tariff charged. There are better places with lower tariff around. The balcony overlooked right into somebody else's house and curtains has to be drawn all the time. It was suffocating. The bathroom had not been cleaned and no soap was provided. Bad experience.

Terrible Experience – Stay Away! I had the worst experience at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, there was a horrible smell everywhere. It felt like no one had cleaned the place in years. The bed was uncomfortable, the blankets were dirty and smelled awful, and the entire room felt disgusting. The bathroom was in terrible condition, and the water pressure was so bad that taking a shower was a nightmare. Everything about this hotel was disappointing—poor service, terrible hygiene, and an overall awful atmosphere. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Stay somewhere else!

Worst hotel. We booked this since there was no option available. The owner is extremely arrogant. Firstly we were going to stay there for 2 days but after visiting the hotel we realized that -the rooms were too small -the bed was dirty -the blankets were smelling bad When we said the rooms are too small for us so we will stay for 1 day only he said to check out at that moment only. Owner don't have manners to talk with clients. Don't visit at all.

Best place to stay in malvan. Most affordable compared to other hotels and services are good. The staff here are friendly and don't bother our privacy.

Been staying here for the last 7-8 years. The place is in the heart of Malvan and closeby to one of the best eateries and market. The rooms are super spacious, the staff is helpful and the owner Tejas goes out of the way to make sure your stay is pleasant always. The stay is affordable and has all basic amenities covered. If you are looking for a good homely stay with no frills, go for this option.
