The Rooms were quite spacious and clean. It's situated just opposite the market and hardly some meters away from the Matheran Station. The balcony room gives you the most panoramic view of the Train. The only thing lacking is that it's only for stay and no food is served. But still it's not as bad as the market is just opposite where you can try a variety of cuisine. 24 hours Wi-Fi facility available. And a very reasonable charge of the Room as compared to other hotels.

Pathetic staff, no room service as they are arrogant, no wifi. Would not recommend this.

Location: Good, close to market.|Hygiene: okk... It's maintained properly. |Staff: courteous.. But no room services, everytime you have to go to the reception n ask for things, fixed timings for hot water.|Budget: Low budget, pocket friendly.|Amenitis: Free Wi-Fi, small TV, selective A/C rooms, No swimming pool or gym or indoor games... Just stay nothing else.|Family Deluxe AC room is spacious enough for 4 Pax with two queen beds.|No in house resto or dining.

We had a pathetic experience with this hotel. We booked the hotel with 100% advance payment . But a day before it looked little unsure , so I asked them the cancellation policy. They said we will refund only 20%. I said ok I will confirm by evening for tomorrow's reservation. They kept on calling me every now and then and indirectly forcing me to cancel. Finally I told them that we are coming, the manager got furious. However, I was patient and said I'll speak to you tmrw in person. After some time, I got a message saying Your booking is cancelled. We will refund your amount.I could easily figured it out that the moment they got to know that we may not come, they gave the hotel to someone else. Never visit such a hotel with unprofessional service.

One of the agents at Matheran gate escorted us to this hotel. The hotel had a "not so good" vibe in the first impression and neither were the rooms that clean. It felt fishy! As it was our first visit to Matheran we fell for the same, they took all the room tariff in advance and did not give us a chance to reconsider our decision. We had to be allert throughout our stay duration, as the vibe did not have that assurance of decency. Make a note that, this place does not have hot water facility. Hot water was provided by the attendent manually that too one bucket per person! There is no inhouse restaurant, but the only advantage is the location, it is right next to Matheran Toy train station and there are loads of options to explore for food that suits your taste, from road side stalls to restaurants. Although, the hotel has a tie up with Alankar restaurant to serve food at your room at no extra cost, food quality is decent there. Overall experience, It does not offer value for money which they charge, as it also includes commission of the agent that brings them prospective clients. There are other good Hotels, resorts and homestays (cottages) that offer better value for your buck. Please dont fall for these agents..🙏✨

The location of the hotel right in the market and walking distance to most of the places. It is a newly built hotel and price is reasonable. Staff of the hotel are very helpful and prompt. Varieties of rooms available and can accommodate big families. |CONS - No kitchen|Pro - Food arranges from outside, in the market area so many choices of food and other items to buy, new hotel and rooms are spacious.|

Place is average. Rooms are so so, no running hot water, no WiFi. Room service is poor, one has to just keep on pressing bell. Very close to railway station, so much so that since early morning train sounds will distract sensitive sleeper.

PROS:Rooms were neat and clean. CONS: Hotel is not located at main market. it is little far from market. There is no mobile netrk connectivity in entire hotel. which is worst. There is power failure issue in this hotel and they dont even have a power back up. Will not suggest this hotel to anyone.
