The room was good and the location is walkable.The place is quiet and great. It's a great place for kids and family. Ambience is great. Staff is very cooperative and its worth the value for money.

We had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were unclean, and when we requested cleaning in the morning, they only came by in the afternoon. The staff was unprofessional and quite rude, which made our stay uncomfortable. Breakfast was repetitive, with the same limited options every day and no variety at all. Given the price, which is comparable to a 5-star hotel, the service and quality didn’t come close. This place barely deserves a 1-star rating.

Room is not so specious but clean and hygiene... Food is so delicious and I like the atmosphere they create in their area.. magic show also awesome..

I recently stayed at Premdeep in Matheran with my family for two nights, and it was a wonderful experience. We booked a family room, which was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The rooms were impeccably clean, making our stay comfortable and pleasant. The highlight of our stay was the food. The hotel's dining options were exceptional, offering a wide variety of dishes that were not only delicious but also of great taste. We particularly appreciated the diverse menu that catered to different tastes and preferences. The staff at Premdeep were polite and extremely helpful, always ready to assist with any request. Their courteous and friendly demeanor added to the overall positive experience.

Worst Experience ever had , Toilets are uncleaned frogs are popping from the toilet pots, very dangerous experience, also water is not clear for bathing, muddy water coming from tap. Choose this hotel wisely.

The place is having goo vibe and it's well maintained, It's approximately 1 km from the matheran railway station and it's a good point that it's not in the market place which is a good point actually as you will have a very calm and silent environment. Food is a bit expensive else everything is fine and comfy. Talking of staff, they were very nice and supportive and they allowed us for early checkin

Worst place to visit in matheran. Partiality in price. Same rooms are available at different price to different customers at same point of time.. Food is too costly not worth for money. Conditions of rooms are also very poor and hotel staffs and manager are also not very co-operative... Rooms are not maintained very well and wash rooms are also not very clean.. There are other many options to stay in matheran in good price. I will not prefer to stay in this hotel even for free of cost...
