SPOT ON Konkan Katta Dhaba And Lodging

Waste place bakhri was tasting like it was made of plastic. Faltu food after Looking at lot of reviews we went but complete waste. We ordered Bombil and he gave two piece of Bombil & jethadi (cheap price fish)

Super food . Village style ambience. We had to have the meals in a thatched hut and the occasional house dog did wander in searching for scraps but the food was homely n very tasty. Bombil fry, pomfret fry, Surmai fry, Surmai curry, prawns Thali, Prawns Biryani, Rice Bhakri was amazing. Def reco for lunch if in Uttan.

Was just a stopover at night for some work on my small ride with Honda. Not rating this place for ambience but for the person who runs it is a good fellow. Sometimes ratings do not do justice to the efforts put in. Cheers

Konkan Katta located at Gorai is the best place when you think of home food. This dhaba is surrounded with lush green trees in the midst of nature. The food is really delicious at nominal rates. I just love the Mutton curry and Roti or Bhakri which is my all time favourite. They serve variety of sea food dishes. The service is good. I would suggest the sea food lovers to try this place I'm sure you'll visit again. Keep up the amazing taste. Thanks to the Konkan Katta Dhaba.

Host wasn't quite happy with the deal we got through booking. com. His displeasure was quite evident through cold vibes we were getting since our entry into the property. Property is still under development. Lots of common area under construction. Hence, very less scope to sit outside the room for party. Only place where group can sit is adjacent to the restaurant which at the entrance near roadside. Service is not up-to the mark. Tandoori items mentioned in the menu were not available. ICE were cubes not available Chilled Bottled water was not made available even after informing in advance.

Recently, I visited here with my friends. It is near Gorai on the main road. We decided to have jhinga and bhakri here. We asked for prawns masala and bhakri, at the time of ordering he promised for 8-10 pieces and 150 rupees but when the food arrived it had only 7 pieces of prawns and the amount increased by 100 rupees in the cheque. I highly suggest other places around as they fool people. There are many options on the same road.

I ordered prawns masala and roti it was yummy food prawns were fresh and very tasty curry and roti were too soft felt like homely would surely visit again good seafood

Yummmy Non-vegetarian Food, have always stopped here Freshly served Do try the fish curries and egg burji Budget friendly Also has parking space and washrooms Serves cold drinks too :)
