Live on MUM2458

I booked it through OYO,Rs.950 for one day is a cheap deal for a couple friendly hotel. Only after check in did I realise the cheap deal. It doesn't have a attached washroom. TV doesn't work, it shows no signal. Tubelight is not functional. And the aircondition shuts down every half an hour.... This is just what I experienced in my room. I have no idea how the orther rooms are... I do not recommend this to anybody....

Please never ever come to this place for a stay. My mother was getting operated in Tata memorial Kharghar, so I thought of booking this place for a stay where I expected a clean washroom. Honestly, Tata hospital washroom is more clean. I found sticky bucket and mug which was so pathetic. I don't understand how come reputed brand like OYO allowed this residence to be an option for their customers. PLEASE DONT BOOK THE STAY HERE!!! IT IS NOT WORTH AT ALL EVEN IF THEY CHARGE 400-500/-

Don't stay here, worst hotel. They where really good at fist when booking it, but after it they where very rude the staff and manager change there way of speech, If We go and ask about something to the receptionist he will tell us go to manager and talk, when we go to manager he is busy in playing games, he doesn't answer your question/query properly, you have repeat yourself 10 to 15 times then he will reply with "that's just how it is, the rooms look fine, while paying amount we asked does the shower, taps, tv, AC, geyser they said all are working, but the taps where broken, shower was not working properly we ware on the top and the second from the top floor both floor have the same condition, they where no giving Tv and AC remotes instead giving excuse that the tv will work in the morning and AC remote where missing, geyser was not even working and the one which was working i think they forgot to connect them to shower or tap because non of the tap no matter how i spin them hot water was not coming, i hardly was able get any sleep here had to take the cold water bath in the cold night, i left the hotel on the very night. Total waste of money.

This is the worst hotel staff and service I have ever seen. The hotel staff is very rude and irresponsible.The hotel staff does not even give water to us.the hotel did not give much things as they mentioned like hot water.the tap is not even working properly(broken taps) there is no cleaning in the hotel and the manager (suraj) and the staff(manjesh) is very lazy the wifi is not working.the discuss services are not provided like wifi,geyser,tv etc. The hotel manager and staff does not respects the guest.the manager and staff is always sleeping.this is the worst hotel in whole mumbai.

Room was fine, not good enough according to their advertisement. The staff was not friendly and helpful. I face water issues during my stay.

The washroom is outside of the room .. not clean as shown in photos .. and the gate close at 11 pm and you have to wait outside till some wakes up and open .. so think before you book

Room was so bad, Ac was near leg not head, I pull the bed near ac by myself, Staff didn't come to open the doors i opened lock by my own, I think tents would be so much better than this hotel rooms, bathroom was not attached poor service of staffs, There was no toiletteries and i went to bring soaps and shampoo from the market. They just attached 2 single beds and mattress are on even the size of bed.

Rooms are good. Very poor service I have ever experienced. Never go for unattached rooms.
