Ashray Residency - Hotel in Navi Mumbai, Mumbai

Worst experience ever. I booked months in advance because I planned ahead and got my rooms for cheap. Then out of nowhere and WITHOUT MY CONSENT they just cancelled MY CONFIRMED booking and increased the price by three times. I have still not received the refund and all they have to say is sorry either you pay the increased price or you gtfo. Worst type of customer service.

stay is comfort and peaceful. But for people coming from long and staying here may not get a good food to eat. Breakfast - Worst. Lunch- worst of worst. Dinner- Worst of Worst that i had ever. Dal will be like hot water mixed with turmeric powder. Apart from food the hotel is good.

I was impressed by all the staff within the IVY hotel. Everything is perfect is this hotel including women security, food and Room cleaning. Thank you very much Chanchal Pathak (Accenture Employee)

They not allowed to carry outside food in hotel .there are many issues in room for eg. once the door lock it's take to much time unlock .same issue done with washroom door in room.they not provided proper room service.so overall I'm not too much satisfied.
