Hotel Rainbow

very bad service and very rude behaviour of staff , they double charge for every single thing ,bad surrounding and this hotel is not for business or family vacation visit ...... local people come for bad thing in this hotel . I have experience of 3 months in this hotel.

The hotel staff provided a terrible service by bringing food from other hotels and charging us double. This is essentially stealing from customers and is unacceptable. Overall, the service was pathetic.

Hotel is good service is very bad I request owner to call me or share his no so we can complain even water and manager is asking service charges without even any service they charge for glass also bad experience

Located in a market street but it's difficult to be found at once. The staafs service is average. The management and services could be improved.
