I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Sea Princess, and it was truly a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is perfect—overlooking the serene beach, providing stunning ocean views right from your room. The pool area is beautifully maintained, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind while enjoying the sea breeze. I was not to happy with the quality of the pool water though! The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and exude a classy vibe that adds to the overall comfort. The staff here are exceptional—courteous, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to make your stay special. From check-in to check-out, the service was seamless, making me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. The location is also excellent, with easy access to local attractions, making it ideal for both relaxation and exploring the city. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Sea Princess for anyone looking for a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and warm hospitality by the beach.

Staff can be trained more over all location is good. |Staff need to be more customer centric |It’s a 5 star on paper but needs work to be an actual 5 star so if your expectation is of a 5 star hotel you will meet a 4 star experience. |Connectivity is good. |View is the ocean from the pool is good.

Had been there for a conference. The banquet hall was nice and clean and super cold. They have a lavish buffet with an amazing spread. The location is sea facing and very refreshing

Not Worth the Stay I recently booked this hotel for a 3-night stay and was thoroughly disappointed. Having traveled extensively and stayed in multiple 5-star properties across 6-7 countries and various states in India, I expected a much better experience. First and foremost, I was surprised to learn that outside food is not allowed. This policy was not mentioned during the booking process, and it felt overly restrictive—especially for someone who appreciates having options while traveling. The room itself was another disappointment. There was no soundproofing whatsoever; I could hear loud music from outside that kept me awake at night. Additionally, the incessant noise from the air conditioning unit was irritating and made it difficult to relax. Overall, this hotel did not meet the standards I have come to expect from 5-star accommodations. I won't be returning and cannot recommend it to others.

Neat hotel. Great service. Perfect Location. The checkin was smooth and quick. The room service is quick, food taste is good. The location is great, perfect for an early morning person, walk along the beach and in the evening the sunset is great. The cleanliness is worth praise. Loved the buffet breakfast too. Do enjoy your stay here.

From the moment of booking with Nirmala to our arrival with Prachi, we were treated with the utmost respect. I stayed in a suite on the 6th floor of Hotel Sea Princess and truly felt like royalty. The hotel itself is excellent, with rooms that match its high standards. The complimentary breakfast offered an impressive spread, with some dishes prepared to order.||The room was impeccably maintained, and the entire staff was attentive and eager to meet all my needs. Nirmala went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant, and the housekeeping team exceeded my expectations. This was my third stay here, and I can’t recommend this hotel enough. I will undoubtedly return for future stays in Mumbai.||I’d also like to give a special mention to a few more staff members who were exceptionally friendly and helpful: Dhan Singh, Alankarji, |Aman and others who made my stay memorable. ||Finally special thanks to Nirmala :)

In our experience The Ramada Palm Grove is a more spacious, and welcoming hotel than the Sea Princess, even though Sea Princess is supposedly 5 star. The plus point for the Sea Princess is it's poolside area where you get to enjoy the sunset and beach. Breakfasts catered for both Indian and western tastes with an extravagant selection to choose from. The pastries though were not the best and dry. Fresh juices were extra sweet, with perhaps added sugar. Coffees were great but not the tea. It's a popular wedding venue so be prepared to hear and be surrounded by noisy wedding bands, guests, vehicles and traffic jams. Would most likely stay here again, so will recommend.
