Worst experience. I came mumbai for a business purpose. I checkin by seeing google photos and they charged me 2000 ans its non refundable, I'll show the pic, door without handle

It is not what u see in pictures! I entered the room. And exited just there. Disgusting place. The room is the size of a small car for example Nano. The doors lock itself was just not there. The bed was the size of bed my dog sleeps on. I am 5ft 5in tall lady and I found it tiny. What if there were men who r generally taller. There is no fan in the room. The a/c was so old, dripping water n venting fan air. N just next to that there was an adjoining bathroom. I didn't even need to see it. I walked back out. Took my money back n stormed out of there. The hotel decent in movie jab we met... the setup n staff was just very uncanny. Just don't trust any pictures on any site too. They r also being fooled.

Worst and dirtiest place to stay. Staffs are rude and they just want to scam you. Stinking rooms and were so small that doesn't even look like what they show us in the pictures.
