Hotel Golden Hayyath inn

Horrible rooms.. Rats dancing all night in the false ceiling. Was afraid they will finally succeed to drill hole in wooden ceiling and fall on me. Praying lord ganesha all night to control his vahanas.. Room quality is just not livable. But it has good location. But there are better hotels at the price in same area. Also no lift when hotel is on 2nd floor. Some other hotel Aga's hotel or something is on 3rd floor. If u have heavy bags.. You are dead..because staff won't care for you.

There is no safety. Couples and people travelling with family should avoid this place. If you are single then u cam stay, but dont take riskk.

The hotel's excellent location is overshadowed by serious issues with cleanliness, amenities, and safety. The hotel staff is rude and unhelpful, and they even charge for basic necessities like water. The original room assigned to us had a bathroom that was uncomfortably located next to the kitchen, with a see-through ventilator that compromised privacy (i.e. one from hotel kitchen can clearly see what’s going on in bathroom). When we complained and requested a different room, the manager was dismissive and unprofessional, offering flimsy justifications for the problematic bathroom. While we were eventually given a different room, it too had safety issues, including a one more door which was locked other side and could not be opened from the inside (i.e. someone may enter in the room from that door). Overall, the hotel is in a deplorable condition and poses a significant safety risk, particularly for women.

We visited, mumbai for kgafesr and took a qudra occupancy room this January 2024. We were expecting nothing much as last time we had stayed in same location at Bentleys last time nearby and after a hard dayz work at festival we cudnt get a decent sleep as beds at Bentley were really hard. We were pleasantly surprised with our experience at Hotel golden, the room was clean, the beds really comfortable, the bathroom clean and staff was like family. They didnt have much cutlery to offer, but were keen all the time to service and bring in chai, omelette, shikanji. Will definiteky stay again.

Always a pungent room perfume fills the mind with fatigue. The manager is also very irresponsible and less educated, perhaps that is why the language shudders. No one has a cooperative attitude in this hotel, but someone like us always gets caught in their clutches and has to pay a hefty amount in rent even though many better lodges and hotels are next to it in best price.

This is not a hotel,it’s an apartment which is converted into hotel. Rooms are too small for the price they ask for. There is no water in the afternoon and receptionist won’t take interest if you go and ask him about this. No card payment and the service is too bad.

Fraud hotel. The pictures they have put up on sites like MakeMyTrip and actual rooms are not the same. The rooms are very small in size, always stinking, no free drinking water, broken AC vents. There are drunk people sleeping in the lobby shirtless. The staff is not trained as well. Wouldn't recommend for family. Feels like you are paying a lot of money for a PG room. Not worth the money.

The best part is the location of hotel. Gateway and Marine drive is at walkable distance. Room size is small. Basic amenities are present like TV, Shower, Hot Water, WiFi etc. Room was stinking. Hotel is situated at third floor of an old building. Room service is good.
