We were originally meant to be staying in Hotel Regal Plaza. When we arrived, the man at the check in desk said that they had no beds available and that our online booking wasn't valid. He moved us to a different hotel down the street. It was a 100% a downgrade but we still paid a similar price. I'm convinced that there was rooms available in the first hotel and that it was all a scam to give the other property more business. The room in the second hotel was really small and smelled terrible. There was no towels provided for us, no soap in the bathroom and the air conditioning wasn't great. On the second day the water wasn't working, that meant that we couldn't flush the toilet, use the shower or wash our hands. The location is very good, but this is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. Please please please don't stay here. Me and my friends will be staying in Airbnbs and hostels for the rest of our trip around India.

We booked 2 rooms one by one by two different accounts. My today's booking becomes very big scam with me. As per my experience before this was so good but agoda becomes unfaithful. There are many complaints for hotel management. 1. Breakfast is included in my booking but he said no..! 2. Room size is near to size of bed is 4.5 x 5.5. and rooms height is not more than 6 feet. 3. Washroom height is 5 feet so we have to bath by bending position. 4. Towel was not given first, after seeing my anger he gave only one for two people. 5. Room is leaking here and there by water. No windows and dirty.... and much more1🥵 I seriously thinking about from now i will not continues with agoda. I seriously request to agoda and team that please don't suggest this hotel to anyone without rooms actual photo.

★☆☆☆☆ Extreme Fraud – Avoid This Hotel! We booked 6 rooms online on 16th July 2025 and paid ₹11,000 in advance. But when we reached O Blue Light (near Regal Cinema, opposite old MLA Hostel), the receptionist shockingly said "no such booking exists." We showed proof of payment, but he still denied it. Later, my friend went alone and asked about room availability — the same person offered the same rooms for ₹12,000, clearly trying to cheat. When we all confronted him, he made us wait for over 3 hours, then finally gave us the keys. Such behavior is unethical and unprofessional. Do not trust this hotel. They play fraud games and harass genuine customers

We had booked this hotel from Oyo. Please consider the following points. 1. Rooms are really very small. It was suffocating as there was no ventilation due to absence of fans. 2. Bad smell and cockroaches. They changed only the duvet cover on request but didn't bother to change the bedsheet. 3. If you are coming with family or a group of 4 people or more book a a bit bigger family room. The only positive thing they did for us was to give us a family room on polite request. 4. The location is great closer to Gateway of India and popular tourist attractions etc but if you aren't a fan of stairs don't book this hotel as it's on the second floor. Plus Colaba causeway (market) is just downstairs and it gets difficult to enter the hotel through a really narrow staircase, presence of shoppers and becomes more difficult with luggage.
