A beautiful hotel only 200m from Gateway of India. The location is right in the centre of Colaba. Very polite and courteous staff. Good for you if you are coming on business and the family wants to enjoy in Colaba. The view of the marina is spectacular. Will definitely visit again.

Thenpeople working there is not welcoming and rude. Kitchen meals are awful, do not reply eat there. Room is not clean properly with cockroach 😞🪳🪳. Sted only one day then left.

I had a booking and it took 20+ minutes to check me in. The front office staff were polite but inefficient, though not all of them. We got stuck in the lift and they took 25 minutes to get us out. Very scary.

Except for the location nothing is good. The staff and rooms both both recommended for a pleasant stay. Food was okay, quality despicable as there were flies all around.

The hotel is excellent location for exploring Mumbai. I paid extra to have a sea view. Was hoping for double bed. The twin room beds were small and not very comfortable. Room pretty basic. Staff very helpful. Overall for price not bad but not great.
