Nilldenying that I have booked online in booking and oyo website. They didn't refund the online payment. High cost compare to online payment and to the service. room smell vey bad . I was alone and I was having heavy and lot of bag for that it was difficult to search and shift to other hotel. In A short word they use the online website as advertisement and overing the stay for reasonable price but as you reach there they deny online booking and asking for more money.

NillThey won't accept oyo booking,even if we have a confirmed reservation from oyo. They charge more than two times the rate we see in oyo. The rooms are average. Neatness poor.

NillVery rude and unprofessional owner. The place also serves hukka and many outsiders would come for Hukka. If you're planning to stay with family, MUST AVOID. There's also construction work going on at the hotel.

Nillمعامله سيئه جداً في الرسبشن من الموظف ( جابر ) ويرفع صوته ولايوجد اي احترام للكاستمر وسوف يتم ابلاغ السفاره ، و غير أمين ويجبر نزلاء الفندق بدفع مبالغ اضافيه غير مذكوره وقت الخروج من الفندق ويستغل استعجالهم للخروج للمطار ويفرض عليهم مبالغ اخرى مبالغ فيها ، شخص غير محترم ولايحترم أحد ونرجو من ادارة بوكينج ابلاغ صاحب الفندق لتغييره وابداله بموظف اخر محترم وأمين ويحترم نزلاء الفندق ، يجب تأديب الموظف جابر وردعه
