Apesar da óptima localização, as condições não são as melhores. As janelas não tem isolamento, o barulho que vem da rua (do trânsito) é constante assim como o barulho dos vizinhos.

Despite the great location, the conditions are not the best. The windows are not insulated, the noise coming from the street (traffic) is constant, as is the noise from the neighbors.

場所はすごく良いが、値段の割に部屋は狭く、壁など汚い。カードでお支払いもできない。

The location is great, but the rooms are small for the price and the walls are dirty. You can't pay by card either.
