Zero. They don't deserve a single star Never visit this hotel it's better to stay on street . No blankets, room completely dirty, no water no facility and feels so unsafe.Since it was weekend and we just shifted mumbai we took this hotel late in evening when we reached colaba,pictures are different from what it actually looks. And also we booked sea facing room and he gave us anything that was available according to him, however the whole hotel was creepy and empty

One of the worst hotel accommodations I have ever visited. Foul smell all over the property. No working tv, Ac giving hot and humid air, washroom too small and without flush tanks. Bedding is dirty. Staff not cooperating for basic needs of a customer. Tarif does not match the property. Too high. Rooms should be at Rs 500 to Rs 600 per night, but they charge Rs 2000.

This is a hotel hard to find in one of the best locality of Appolo Bunder. The hotel is on the top floor a dilapidated building & looks more like a🪟 dungeon with no ventilation or space. The rooms are really bad. Avoid giving this to a family & at best can be given to a group of students. The service is minimal & finding a person for assist is a big hurdle. Try hotels other than this one if you need peace of mind.

The stay was okayish, as one can expect from a budget-hotel in a good location in Mumbai. Although, the service is poor and there are pests in the rooms (found a cockroach and ants inside food packets). They mostly have small but decent bathrooms and small rooms with no windows. Also, they do not provide any soap and stuff. Do not be surprised to find your room AC's power cut off, as the staff does it frequently. The television in any room did not work. One room has roof broken at the corner, so you could be peeped at. The other room had leakage in bathroom. The staff was irresponsible, as the blanket and other items (soap, etc) were not there as, I believe, there should be. If you want to stay in a budget-friendly hotel and/or only want to sleep at night then the hotel can be a good option.

Worst hotel i had seen in my life. Bed smelling rooms, dirty bed sheets and washrooms.Fake photos posted on website. I booked 02 rooms tripple occupancy. They provide me one double and one tripple room. And the one tripple room which was provided to me, there was one sofa to sleep for third person insteed of bed. I check out on the same day. Hotel denied to refund my money and at the same time i called Make my trip they unable to assist me.

Rooms are good for bachelors not recommended for families. Worst experience, TV and Wi-Fi recharge wasn't done. AC was turned off during the night from 2 ways switch which wasn't inside the room. The view was good, Not the room.

Worst hotel in Mumbai. All photos are fake. Rooms are unhygienic and filthy. Bathrooms are also filthy. The owner came drunk when we were checking in. When we argued about the condition of the rooms he got angry and said stay if you want and no refund.

Horrible experience. Small rooms, No hot water, normal drinking water , TV , WI-FI also doesn't come to room specially near the room no. 110,111 and 112, air condition also not working. They give rooms for parties at night to people's who drinks and play High volume music which disturb your sleep. Also no breakfast was provided as mentioned. Only positive thing about hotel is the location. Gateway of India , local market and Colaba causeway market is at walking distance. Have stayed there for 20 days. Please don't book in advance without looking the room as you would like to run away
