Great place to stay in area at affordable rates. There is little scope of improvement for service apart from that great place to stay near most famous places in Mumbai. Special thanks to receptionist Mr.Pappu for helping while traveling with toddler.

I have had a brilliant stay here. Excellent location and helpful staff- from the security guard, the lift attendant to the wonderful manager, Mr Pappu! I received a free upgrade to an executive room too for all 3 nights which was even more spacious and nicely furnished. Great value for money- thank you!

⭐☆☆☆☆☆ Terrible Experience at White Pearl Hotel I give this hotel zero stars. On the day we checked in, the lift wasn’t working, which was extremely inconvenient. I had booked a super deluxe room for ₹6,000 per day, but when I arrived, the room was just a partition made with gypsum boards—definitely not what I expected from a “super deluxe” room. The lighting was very poor, and there was no ventilation at all, making the room feel suffocating and uncomfortable. There was no proper hot water, the washroom was dirty, and the bed and room were full of dust. I informed the hotel staff multiple times, but they did nothing to fix the issues. I also want to mention MakeMyTrip here: they are giving worse services. They claim this is a 3-star hotel and add it to their booking platform without proper verification. Because of this, customers like me end up struggling with terrible stays. MakeMyTrip should check hotels properly before listing them and giving star ratings. Overall, it was a horrible experience and a complete waste of money. I do not recommend this hotel or booking through MakeMyTrip for this property.

Let’s start with reception, two always sleepy guys, not responsible for anything. Room cleaning is another story the way the clean, better not to clean, would be cleaner, the towels the bed everything cries for a mercy. Lost belongings, and thrown belongings of the customers, this is another story, they have thrown my instrument which cost 250 usd, and also lost shorts and t shirt, both of them were branded so cost me around 400-500 usd. Therefore this hotel is a waste of time, waste of nerves, to the owner I would recommend to get back from abroad and better watch his business, of course if he still believes to karma etc. So good luck, worst hotel in mumbai, in price and quality relevance.

I recently stayed at White Pearl Hotel with my family and it was a very nice and relaxing experience for me and my family.||When we entered a complementary drink was provided. The check in process was smooth.||Hotel is near and clean and rooms also neat and clean. Staff is cooperative.||Overall nice experience and recommend to everyone
