People are very co-operative. Room condition is also good for this price range. Bathrooms condition is okay. I have intention to give 5 star if they do a little work for the bathrooms. Good options for the Dormitories. However, overall this is a nice stay & the location is awesome.

Three star hotel, having both Ac and non AC rooms with average facility, location is very good near to CSMT station, staffs are very cooperative. Area wise this hotel is compact. Price is genuine.

Location is good located at the corner of the building, it is 1.5Km from The Fort, Good budget rooms very affordable ₹1400 for one room per day. Can be shared by 2-3 people, Room is not too big, Bathrooms are nice and clean. Service is ok not too good, they can help you with the basic requirements. For good food go to Naaz Restaurant nearby in walking distance.(Note: Only recommend if low budget, if you want to survive)

This is a very good hotel near to the CST train station. The single rooms are very tiny but they are clean and in good condition. Shared bathrooms are fine too. There is filtered water upstairs. Bilal, the owner, is nice to speak with and helped me with several matters. A good accommodation in Mumbai just for 500 INR. But not suitable for tall people!

you will not find an other room with this low price in mumbai.small but basic rooms.the common toilets are new and very clean.from outside looks old but inside is very good.all the stuff is excellent.staying there is the best choice

Best price for a room in this area of Mumbai. Accommodation okay, room too hot but clean. No towels. AC not working. Communication problems. Staff cannot understand English clearly.
