Hotel is at prime location with nearby restaurants like Shivala, Pancham. Manager Nazim and staff Nadeem is very helpful. The rooms are quite small but comfortable. You should visit tea shop Nagori which is opposite to this hotel and 24X7 taxi are available from Hotel’s gate. I was here for 2 days so I like the location, the friendly service they provided. Almost my experience was good. Value for money! 😊

The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-10 minute walk from CST Station. While the hotel offers many positive aspects, including polite staff and a cooperative receptionist, there are some areas that could be improved. The rooms are quite small, and both the cabin and the washroom lack proper ventilation. Although the hotel doesn't provide in-house dining, there are numerous food options available nearby.

Stayed here for a couple of nights because it was cheap. The bad: - There were big spots of black mould on the ceiling and we found 2 centipedes crawling inside the rooms. - The cupboard and drawers were dirty inside. - We didn't know how to get hot water for the shower. - It was not very quiet, we heard guests and staff at night in the hallways. The good: - The bathroom and room itself were very clean, apart from the above-mentioned. - The service was very good, and the guys were helpful. - Considerable option for low-budget travellers. - They allow foreigners to stay here.

We got a room here at the last minute as our actual booking with another hotel didn't want to give us a room before 10 am. This lodge is very very close to CSMT station. The room here is very small however it was clean and neat. The shower area was good. They have a heater. The sink draining was slow. Initially only one towel was there but another one was given once asked. Other amenities are only soap. AC was working but the TV didn't. They also tried to but it didn't. A small wall mounted table fan was there. All the staff were polite and helpful. The price was quite high and I can't complain as we went as walk-in. I'll try again with proper pre-booking next time. But there was a constant smell of naphthalene balls all around the room.

The name of hotel should be prison inn and not castle inn. Rooms are as tiny as match box (literally with no ventilation). And in the name of cleaning and hygiene, room freshner sprays are provided. Bedsheets and linen had pungent smell and dusty. One can certainly book this hotel for someone to take revenge.

1) Very small room. 2) Receptionist are arrogant. 3) Blanket were not clean. 4) Receptionist ask to cancel, because they have another customer giving more money. 5) TV not working. 6) Small bed bugs there. 7) Rooms were not sound proof. 8) Towel having low quality.

Very bad experience. Only the location is convenient. The rooms are dingy, smelly and suffocating. The bathroom smells terribly. The staff behaves as if they are doing favor to us by giving us the room. One of the night staff is extremely rude and does not even know how to talk to guests. We asked for extra towel as the towels not drying because of zero ventilation and he said 'diya hua hai, aur nahi de sakta'. No basic amenities. It's like a night shelter. Not even close to decent place with family

For near proximity to CST & old Mumbai this place gets a 5 star. This hotel is very compact, they have utilized the space to maximum, you won't find anything wasted here. The rooms are enough for what a person requires for a short period. The service staff needs little mannerism and attention to what exactly is required by guests staying. Rest this place is value for money.
