Hotel Dolphin

I recently stayed at Hotel Dolphin and had a very disappointing experience. The service was very poor and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was unacceptable. Hygiene standards were not met, and the facilities did not appear to be well-maintained. This did not meet my expectations for a comfortable stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Boys hostel - Four sharing triple sharing and double sharing available here. 4 meals a day and all other amenities including electricity wifi is included. Stayed here for 3 years and trust me never regretted it one bit.

The hotel was undergoing renovations. It is not bad at all. We stayed in Room 401....the room with a view...overlooking the main street. A bit noisy outside... but expected. The staff were very friendly especially the young men that cleaned up the rooms. The owner of this hotel is a very nice gentleman...helped me with changing my foreign currency. We left to go to Goa for 10 days and asked for the same room when we were to get back....believe it or not...much to my amazement...the reservation was held. Conveniently situated...will stay there on my next visit.

Our agent brought my family and myself to this pathetic and horrible place which isn't even worth to be called an inn. I really can't understand how it could be classified as a hotel as there are no standards in that disgusting place.||||We checked-in at 04H30 in the morning after a very long trip and we didn't had the choice to stay there as my parents are old and we were all very tired. Upon check-in we did the registration and we had 2 rooms and the staff we teenagers who carried our luggage to our rooms. The lift is an old one and when we reached on our floor we could see dirty plates lying down outside several rooms and it was disgusting. ||||We entered our room and it was a stuffy place and it wasn't very clean and the curtains were dirty, loose and not fixed properly. The bathroom was dirty and in a terrible state. I was really put off on seeing all this and I just wanted to get out this horrible place.||||I tried to rest for some time but could hardly do so as every was stuffy and not clean. I immediately made up my mind that my family and myself will not stay there and I will look for a decent hotel and check out of this hell......||||At 07H00 in the morning I wanted to use the internet and I had to pay an extra charge and yet wifi isn't available in your room so I had to move to another floor to use the internet. I had to sit in a corridor and use the internet. The hotel team (mainly teenagers) were supposedly working but they were having fun among themselves like kids in a playground. This was very disturbing and distracted me a lot.||||I called my agent and told him that my family and myself wanted to checkout from this pathetic place as it was not according to our standards and requirements. Breakfast isn't even available in this place.|||| I went out and looked for another option and we moved out from this disgusting place which on top of that is expensive too. I would not recommend this pathetic place to any traveller. Please watch out.

It was such a pleasant stay here all the facilities are good.The service is also of top quality.

This is horrible dirty place. The toilet was used and never flushed when we checked in. The location is horrible and the staff rude. As soon as we went to get something to eat they switched off the electricity for our room. They refused to give us the wifi password even though an extra amount was paid for it. And when eventually they did give us the password we have to go to a different level to use the wifi...a horrible experience. .we never recommend it to anyone

Room not cleaned, mosquitos all around. You can book at the hotel in half price. Hygienic people please don't go for this place. There are good options around this place

Good room space, no kitchen so u cant order food at morning. hotel looks like sometimes Godown. giving 3 star just for room space.
