City Hotel

This hotel has just renovated, so everything is white and new now, i have to say it's a good location and clean stay. The the linen is fresh white and new. they have a standard rate card on the reception, and after adding the tax and conversion, i realized it the same as what i booked online with discount.. The location is perfect and right in front of CSMT and the bus terminus. I had a higher floor room (6) with window and shared bathroom, the bathroom tiles are fresh and white too and the hot shower is great, with the window for ventilation and view of CSMT You better not be taller than 1.6m if you are on the upper floors, the ceiling height is probably only 1.7m so they fitted 2 floors to make more rooms.

Great hotel, greatly located in the center of Fort neighbohood. Personnel always helpful, they helped me manage everything, from SIM card to Forex change to food ordering. Absolutely recommended. Have in mind that you'll be in the middle of the city center, so don't expect quietness, room cleaning could be better but to me.it was just perfect.

It is good budget hotel in low budget but they increase the rates on internet and then show a great discount Pros - good location - easy availability of food nearby - washroom are clean - supportive staff Cons - they do not give a single water bottle - no mirror in room - balcony is not open as shown in photos , it is just and enclosed area in the room - too much disturbances from the road -Breakfast is very limited and they send to your room only - no option to make tea in room - they give tea in plastic cups and kettle - bathroom is very small, it is uncomfortable to sit on the WC Overall good hotel if you get a good deal and you just need a place to stay. Front desk is very helpful

Good location clean rooms, little expensive and if you are taller then 160cm you cannot stand straight in the bathroom😅 ac little old and loud for a short stay it's ok

Recently visited dtd. 08/09/2024 for veg food with my family and found service is very slow and Staff behaviour is also very bad for ordering food. Even not serve water until we asked. I suggest you guys, please do not visit with family or friends. Bad impact 😞
