Hotel Sai Pritam

I stayed here for one night. I have never seen any other worst hotel than this. Receptionist and house keeping staff are very arogant. Firstly they check in me in room 211 but the room was faulty . The door of the room didnt get locked. So they change my room and gave 209. All passage inside the hotel was stinking very much. No proper room service. No clean towels and bedsheets.No room ventilation. No any complimentry water bottle. Worst experience. Get another hotel for stay rather than this.

I stayed at Hotel Sai Pritam, in september and it was a disappointing experience. The check-in process itself was frustrating and took 45 minutes, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room had insects, and despite multiple requests, no mosquito repellent was provided. There was no hot water throughout, and network issues made it hard to stay connected. The WiFi was unreliable, and the TV along with the set-top box didn’t work. The AC remote was faulty, and the room floor had several cracks. Additionally, the room walls were in poor condition, with visible cracks and peeling paint, making the place feel poorly maintained. Overall, a very poor experience with substandard facilities and service. Not recommended at all with 1500 Rs per day.

If I could give a zero, I would. It was a daunting experience to book and stay in this place. My friend who also stayed was crying because this place was so scary and infested with Black fungus. Zero response when this issue was highlighted to staff. No accountability taken. Would recommend to inspect if you are staying here as last resort.

My recent hotel stay didn't meet expectations. Despite booking online for a day, I faced a 40-minute wait upon arrival. The room they provided seemed more suited for staff than guests. Plus it was poorly cleaned, with insects in the toilet and lacking basic toiletries. Adding to the disappointment, I found personal items, like a towel and boxer underpants, left in the washroom. The absence of an AC remote further added to the inconvenience, and the location wasn't ideal. The reality of the room didn't align with the deluxe room photos advertised online. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Booked One Room for 2 nights @ Hotel Sai Pritam for the date 19th and 20th September to attend a function at TISS Mumbai. Some representative from the Hotel contacted us and offered a Room to another Property of Sai Pritam to nearby location by sending us Rooms photograph @ Hotel Preston. While reaching the Hotel it is found very pathetic, the location of the hotel is also not according to the standard. The way to the rooms are very dirty, No lift facility was availed in the place and the location of the hotel is inside the Market. The service was really not acceptable, We didn't spend a Single night there as we came to attend a day function at TISS on 20th, For the early check in facility we are forced to book 2 Nights and they charged and collected full amount from us even after our intimation regarding the bad service. It was a worst experience in our Travel history. Not recommending the place for a Stay based the experience we suffered. Note that we paid Nearly 6000/- for a day to the hotel.

To be a point rooms where not clean , Small coakarches and mosquitos 🦟, At room, even there's a small rat was find in room. Visited with my family and kid, Earlier checkin reception charged extra 800rs ,even though rooms where vacant at shortage of time management been booked a room. Totally disappointed for services.

Recently, while looking for a decent hotel at Chembur, I came across this hotel and was mislead by the pictures. Room was clean and there were basic toiletries available in the wash room which is a miniature space. At our entry, we had less expected the strange behaviour at the reception. The hotel staff are not polite. Mineral bottles are chargeable with a double rate tagged to it. However, they offer you a clean room initially and forget getting it cleaned for another day. Overall, the experience was average. However, they might provide you with a little souvenir at check out. That added a hint to their lost generosity.

Don't expect room availability before there check in time even if the room is available they won't offer you the room as it is their hotel policy. Please note if you are reaching after the check in time then only book it. The room service was untrained don't keep complimentary water bottles by themselves. Just be there only for the room and wifi connectivity is good.
