The Residency is inside a narrow lane. The building is next to a garbage sorting ground and gives a bad smell when ee come out. It is close to chembur suburban station.

Worst worst worst experience. The room is not clean and even the bedsheet and blankets they provided were very dirty and had stains all over. The room smelled dirty. Bathroom and commode are the worst. Even the water is very dirty. We didn't feel positive over there

Worse place, unhygienic, dirty bedsheets, stained blankets, cockroaches coming out from everywhere, washroom were dirty and leaking taps and flush. Staff were good but they cudnt help it much. Wifi connection was also not working and not network range in rooms. Never trust the google, agoda, goibibo or any other booking app pics. Pics shown are just not what actual condition of room was.

Worst hotel rooms charges are so high and the rooms is so dirty with cockroaches and the washroom windows are also broken very discomforting and the service was also terrible the manager was drunk at night one of my friend needed at night we were not getting any hotel rooms available for him so we went to manas very dissatisfied

Everything is very good... Staff and their behaviour is very nice and cooperative... Just bathrooms sanity can be better...

Hotel Manas is centrally located hotel runs by Keens Hospitality LLP services which owned by a policeman. It’s situated next to Chembur railway station and market. The staff of the hotel was hospitable enough. The rooms were not good enough due to cockroaches in the room all around. Sleeping was a mess here due to bad smell of the room. I can’t suggest many to come and stay here. But still one can go and enjoy the stay as it’s value for money. One can have breakfast , lunch n dinner around hotel only. I am giving 2* due to its poor service towards room hygiene which I didn’t find good at all. Go and stay there on ur own if u happen to be around.

Rooms are tiny, beds are small, they don't provide toiletries. Even after asking they said it's out of stock. Staff/Manager is arrogant.
