Hôtel V G Park

First of all i request everyone don't pay 1 Rs in advance in this hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The staff was not courteous and failed to fulfill their commitments. The room was below expectations, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bedsheets. Despite multiple requests—nearly 10 times—we were not provided with slippers for the washroom. Warm water was also not available in the washroom. Before booking, we were assured over the phone that a complimentary breakfast including paratha and curd would be provided. However, when we arrived for breakfast, we were informed that only bread and butter were available. When we reminded them of the prior commitment, they simply responded with, “Sorry, sir.” This lack of consistency and professionalism reflects poorly on the hotel.

We got a booking of 2 double rooms on Booking.com. They didn't have the rooms, they even didnt say sorry once. Didn't provide the same standard of the room for the price. We ended up in one small room somewhere else. They didn't help us. Horrible
