This hotel is not suitable for families. It was very difficult to access, and the cleanliness was poor. I request that Trip.com properly review this property and update its listing accordingly.

I stayed for 3 nights but they came to clean the room only once and that too was not done properly and the bathroom service was also not complete, they did not even give towel and there was no soap in the bathroom

The 'hotel' is located on the 5th floor of a building used for all sorts of godowns. You have to climb up a flight of very steep steps to access a dirty lift. This is not a place for a hotel. The service was horrible. They wanted me to pay for water! The bathroom has a pillar in the middle, making it difficult to access the washbasin. The toilet seat cover did not stay up. The water pressure in the shower was very low.
