OYO Hotel Relax Residency Near Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport

It's not a big hotel. It might be a one/two star hotel. But the staff and reception people are good. And they will allow to choose from available rooms. Best advantage is that you receptionist speaks almost all South Indian languages.

TV doesn't work seems they didn't pay for the subscription. Reception staff were good. Nothing special. Good for 1 night if you are traveling alone. Not for family.

Pathetic staff.. I will tell you the reason behind rude behavior of the staff is because when you book hotel under 1k they will get angry and start acting rude and they will start asking money for each and every amenities that are free. That's the bottom line. And there is no window for ventilation. They will make excuses.. For that as well..

It's small hotel. It might be a one star hotel. But the staff and reception people are very good and take care. From the room have good view. wifi working was good. Cleaning is good. Washroom need to clean more.

Hotels relax residency is sort of shabby, but it does have urban charm. It all depends on what you want out of a visit to Mumbai. Wow the place looks CD at night, after a 2 km jaunt around the neighborhood I wish I could’ve stayed my full four nights, but due to the lack of phone cell reception in my room and around the inside of the hotel, I had to book another place for the remainder of my stay in this sprawling metropolitan. The front desk staff was very friendly, although disappointed that I chose to leave after one night. Do NOT expect a three or four star lodging, but do drink in the sights, sounds, and smells of urban old Mumbai.

This is worst lodge,I had never seen before. If you wish to experience the no network zone, in any where in the Mumbai, this is the lodge,I wish to suggest you. The owners are very arrogant and they behave like demons with customers. At the time of booking they, give hipe about their lodge facilities. If you believe and book your staying, then you are not less than a fool. If any of your friends or family try to reach you by the phone call,they can't able to connect you even if they try n number of times. In some situation, it may put them in panic state.( I personally experienced it, during my stay). If you complaint about the issue, he insults you by saying that this is what you get for the amount you paid. So, at any cost don't ever make an decission to stay in this lodge. I would have rated below single star, if I had that opinion. The owners verbally absue the customer. Keep that in mind, before booking your room. Inspite of all, if you proceed. It's like getting a paid harassment, that you are doing to yourself.

This hotel is good for a vacant stay. Some of the features lacked me But yes there is a nice hotel. My experience was very great. Excellent staff of the hotel staff is fantastic. Hotel ambience nice. Recommended to all.
