Hotel Havana

Dirty stay, Rats will entertain you. 1. There were not windows or exhaust fans. 2. Rats running over the false roof which could lead into your room. 3. Stinking bed sheets and pillows. 4. Management has no idea of hospitality standards or does not come or have hired staff from the hospitality industry. 5. Disgusting service and dirty rooms. 6. Ac is without a remote and needs to me managed by switching it off and on. 7. Waste of money, I had a 2 days booking but cancelled to save my self from Rats dirty smell and falling sick of no ventilation. 8. Please do not book this place, staying here will lead you and your loved ones to the hospital with serious respiratory issues.

I had an incredibly disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff's behavior was unacceptable; they were consistently rude and spoke inappropriately. To make matters worse, they repeatedly knocked on my door well before the designated check-out time, which was not only disruptive but also incredibly unfair. Providing a reminder just one hour before the check-out time is unreasonable and showed a complete lack of consideration for guests' comfort and privacy. I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel for your stay, as my experience here was far from satisfactory

Price will change when you visit there. Rooms are untidy and old looking. Bedsheet was shreaded and staff didn't changed it when asked. Cockroaches were roaming in the bathroom. I recommend to check reviews first before booking.

This is third class hotel, service zero, rooms dirty, bad sheets dirty, no window every thing is zero there

Just ok for 1 night in emergency. Otherwise not recommended for a longer stay.
