I book this room through online, when I reached hotel manger is declined checking due to low tariff. I paid extra money for checking. Room is average. No hot water available

Pathetic hotel and Staff is very aggressive whenever you ask for any service. Locality is like fish market and rooms stinks. Don’t fall for the price.

The person sitting in reception area VK singh charged me extra rs. 500 as I forgot to add 1 guest in booking.. he said there is no option to add guest in Oyo app so I ended up paying rs. 500 extra as I reached the hotel at 11.30 pm and has no where to go with a child aged 2 years. Ac was leaking . My husband was not able to sleep because of water dripping on him.. my kis was not putting his feet on floor as he saw cockroaches around. Forget about cleanliness and hygiene... We left the hotel at 11 am by paying around rs.1650 for the horrible room. Shady hotel it was .. do not visit ...

Had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. Booked this room through app and when we reached at the hotel the receptionist asked us to cancel the online booking and book offline and pay him extra. The receptionists were unprofessional. The rooms were decent but not at all clean. The bathroom was not clean. The blankets had stains on them. The A/C and geasers were not working properly. Speaking about the location we did not find the place safe and comfortable. Will not recommend to any solo travelers specially girls. Instead book some other rooms near Andheri which is far better and considerably cheaper.

Beddings were ripped. Spiders and cockroach were crawling in the room. Bathroom was untidy overall not a pleasant stay.
