Hotel Royal

The room are excellent here in Hotel royal heritage. The have very good and simple ambiance with the light flooding of spot lights. I like the collection of furniture and interiors. The service by the staff is also exceptional. The staff are well educated and know the basic hospitality principles of customer satisfaction

Absolutely disgusting and filthy place to stay. Broken Shower, hot water takes half hour to work... According to staff this due to- "Electric coming from other part of the country". More importantly place is full of BED BUGS (KHATMAL). I planned to stay for few days but Checked out after 1 horrible night. Initially hotel staff did not believe me but when I showed proof, one claimed that other customers do Not have issues and why do I have a problem? That really infuriated me.

Rude manager. These people don't have patience. They just want you to leave their lodge within 1 minute of Check-out time. They kept coming and disturbing us every hour on the Check-out day. Two stars only for AC and WiFi. Place is too small. Rooms are also small. Maybe 10*10. People around this are also indisciplined. They drive as if it's a race track. Dirty area. They took 2000Rs. For such useless facilities.

Bad smelling rooms, AC is at fixed temperature, Mice are running inside POP ceiling, not worth

Good beds but no ventilation in ground rooms upper rooms are good and windos available for fresh air 😇😇

Cheap and best place to Stay in Bhendi Bazzar. Adjoined with Mohammed Ali road so you will get quality food at best price.
