OYO 37559 Hotel Al Haram

I stayed at Hotel Al Haram, which is priced higher than nearby hotels, with claims of spacious rooms and good service. They got one part right—the rooms are indeed spacious compared to other hotels in the area. However, the 'good service' claim was completely misleading. I had booked a room with an extra mattress, but despite repeated requests, it wasn’t provided until after 11 PM. Apparently, they were waiting for the night-shift room boy to arrive, finish his dinner, and then handle it—clearly a task assigned only to the night staff. Even then, the mattress wasn’t properly dressed and felt hard and uncomfortable. The toilet was a nightmare: the dustbin had a used sanitary pad, and the toilet seat and commode were stained enough to make anyone cringe. On the plus side, the shower had good water flow. The room itself had a decent AC and a cupboard for luggage, but no water was provided—you have to fill your own bottle from a tap in the hotel. The location is convenient, right on a street with easy access to restaurants and stores, and the view of Mohammad Ali Street from the room was nice. Overall, though, the experience didn’t justify the price, Poor service and lack of cleanliness made it a letdown.

This is a very very neat and clean hotel comparatively... The rooms, the bathrooms, the a/c is all well maintained and fully functioning. A bit expensive. Transport, food, shopping and travel is all feasible from this location where the hotel is located. If you are willing to spend a little more than usual, then this place is what you should try the next time you are in Mumbai.

Third class hotel, outside hotel there are lots of fruit lariwala so rooms full of house fly, there are hole in celling and rat can be seen and if you unlucky they may bite you. On complain, their staff sometime came in sprayed only.

They are taking too much money but the room is too small.They have taken 3500 but the room was so dirty and the washroom also so dirty.In every hotel the checkout is at 12:00 but in this hotel they are telling that the checkout is at 10:00.They are not even providing Breakfast, lunch & dinner. Even they don't have water and do not provide us. Please no one should stay here.Very bad hotel🤮😭👎

Don't consider this hotel for your stay unless any compulsion. They are rude, they don't need customera, they don't care about service. Book any other hotel surrounding. I stayed in room no. 202. You can find better options by searching this area.

Room sizes are a bit small but other facilities are fine. They need to check their linen in the rooms.

Belive it or not ,They do not provide water in this hotel ,you have to purchase water from out side, And subah 9 baje inka staff zor zor se gate khat khatate he check out ke liye ,..staff have rood behaviour..

I stayed years back They were connected with OYO From that visit I understood what is online / offline booking
