If there was an option to give it 0 stars I would have did it the worst hotel I have ever been to didn't even stayed there for more than an hour the room were very small not even suitable for one person the roofs were very low I'm 5'3 I could touch them with my hands lol the staff was very unprofessional doesn't know how to talk to customers the bathroom was also very unclean I'd prefer using public restrooms instead of this didn't stayed there for even a day but still had to pay the whole money please never book this hotel I'd say sleep on the road instead of booking this hotel

Hotel stars is at very good place.shopping markets r in walkable distance even the best restaurants also very near...helpful staff,clean room at very affordable price... Better choice for good staying in affordable price

Not a very good hotel is this i found. The hotel manager so professional the cost of the ac room was 1475 rs for 12 hours or lesser without water bottle, without proper cleaning of washroom mosquitos was around, no hand wash or soap provided. In the name of mumbai they are looting people.

Very good place and hotel 🏨 if u want short stay or long stay in Mumbai near Mohammed Ali road this is best place and mostly arabian and out of Indian customer here staff is good 👍

Very well maintained hotel with hygienic kitchen and atmosphere. Nice and delicious foods of different cousin. well behaved staff and well and spacious place for seating. Nice and well finished family room with AC and complete privacy.

Lack of hygiene and ventilation. You will feel suffocated in the room. If you open the window/s, disgusting views and smell are there in addition to so many insects and mosquitoes. I never ever recommend this hotel to any human being. It is also expensive and their rates keep changing. When you call the hotel they give you a good price range but when you reach there a higher price range is shown.

As per Mumbai's requirement... Didn't get room if you come early... Or have to wait at least 1-2 hours... Whether or not you're tired... Front desk taking more more time to find out that either rooms are free or not..> Over all good hotel to stay....
