Super OYO Hotel Palace Inn Near Don Bosco (Borivali) Metro Station

I don't normally leave reviews, but this hotel was so bad I felt compelled to warn others. From the moment I walked in, the entire room reeked of cigarette smoke – and this was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The smell was so strong it gave me a headache within minutes. It only got worse. The bathroom didn’t even have a functioning flush tank. That’s right – the toilet didn’t flush at all, which is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. When I informed the front desk, they seemed uninterested and offered no solution. The room itself was in an absolutely filthy, shabby condition. The room and bedsheets were totally unwashed, unclean, damp and musty, and there was visible dust and grime in every corner. The bed? Totally unusable. The mattress was sagging, stained, and clearly ancient. Sleeping on it was impossible. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone – not even for a night. Spend your money elsewhere. This hotel needs a complete overhaul or to be shut down entirely. Actually this is a dormitory and not hotel. Please don't even book this even if it is free

Nice , clean rooms, room service is perfect, rates are reasonable. We had stay there for 3 days and it was a pleasant.

The hotel is ok if you need a place to stay urgently. The beds aren't that comfortable and the washroom jet's speed will scare you.

Dirty and most useless place to stay. Inside and outside the hotel full of dirt. Oyo and booking.com must be mindful when promoting such hotels on your websites. Shame on you guys.

I stayed in this hotel from 5th July to 9th July. On the check-in day i reached a little late and asked him if he can give me another room and the answer was a strict NO. i told him to check if he can check and give me a different room later to which he said all rooms are full. My room was in the entrance and i thought it will be clean and well maintained. worst thing is you have to tell them if you need housekeeping and if you need fresh towels. on the Friday i had a new nuisance of big flies in the room i killed almost 15 of them and every time i asked them to clean the room. room is not quiet as you will get noise from the main road. person on the reception will play bhojpuri songs loud so that you will have a pleasant experience. one night there were some goons who were swearing out loud in marathi specially mumbai type gaalis. so overall i had a very GOOD EXPERIENCE

Horrible rooms, all rooms had damp due to which it smelled badly and also some odd temperature was felt, I just got out of the hotel and shifted to another one...more surprising this hotel is managed by Oyo itself...still such quality.

We were assigned a room which initially looked good and we sort pf atarted unpacking too when we realised that the bathroom was full of froth. They later claimed it was from a broken gutter outside since the pipe was broken. Room service is poor. Orders take really long. Even if u need extra soap cake u must explain. Workers act crazy. If u ask for a jug of water, then remember to ask for glasses too. Dont assume they come together. Very limited food variety available. No internal parking slot.

I booked a hotel in Oyo and paid for it and i arrived at the hotel they said they had to cancel the booking cause of all rooms were full they didn't even sent the notification. so my experience was worthless with oyo rooms abd this hotel owner .
