Hotel Orritel West

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a bad experience. The access was difficult due to narrow roads and ongoing construction, but the staff was nice enough to prepare my room early. The room was small and congested and lacked privacy, due to the adjacent flats. Rooms have a strong smell from cleaning chemicals. The bathroom was also quite tiny and not very clean. The restaurant was pathetic and disappointing as the food options were limited with very average quality. Overall, the hotel’s location is decent, but it didn’t meet the standards for a comfortable stay.

Worst experience ever.. I have paid 7k for the stay but it was such a worst nightmare. Service point of view a Big Big Zero… they do not have extra bed, the provide a Gadda as an extra bed. The burst pillows served. A room maintenance is zero. They have provided 2 small water bottles for 3 occupants I have to argued with reception then they provide us other bottles of water because they do not have RO water… you have to purchase water bottles from room service.

Room size is decent but there is only 1 electric power supply for mobile recharge. Food is good, Senior staff is good . Location is best . Breakfast is not good. Cost keep changing somita difficult to say if price is reasonable or not.

This hotel is situated in busy area and not many hotel options if you are in this area. It’s look good but it could be better. I find the cleanness could be better. Also, room service takes ages to reach to your room. Also, I was in the room and I was thirsty I asked for water and for hours there was nobody came to give water. I feel they can do better in costumer services.

Place is fine for a small function, not when you have a big family as the seating is divided between indoors and outdoors. The indoor area also needs to be widened as it feels congested. Food was good. Ac was fine inside but felt too hot in the outdoor area.

A good place to celebrate small functions there, staff is welcoming and cooperating in every way possible, there was only one thing bothering, the order was too delayed and was frustrating after a point of time.

The place has a good location in the T series lane with a surprisingly quiet and very calm atmosphere . The hotel is surrounded with a residential complex which has a lot of green cover and the back offices on the other side are also clean and quiet . The front desk and the waiters are really cooperative and understanding. The breakfast is decent with fresh fruits and freshly made options. They change the menu every day .

Having a hospital nearby, I usually send my outstation patients (relatives) to this place for stay. A very comfortable place with good rooms, clean linen and great housekeeping. ||||One of my favourite places is their restaurant. The food is superb and the service equally great. Starters need a special mention. Special thanks to Ms Geeta for her personal involvement and service to all the guests. ||||The place is worth all the money they charge.
