Hotel Shivraj Deluxe

My experience at hotel was very disappointing. The rooms were not clean and poorly maintained. The staff was not polite or cooperative. Overall, the room quality and service were bad.

I stayed here for 6 days and the lady receptionist was horrible. They didn't even send housekeeping everyday. Very unprofessional. The cleaning would happen very late after 1 in the noon and most days the cleaner lady wouldn't come. I was told bai chutti pe hai. Every day my linens weren't changed.. I was told roz change ni karte. And don't even get me started with the fishy smell. You won't be able to breathe. The room was clean n all but the linens although clean looked very poorly maintained. Even after staying for so long I was told that even for one hour late check-out i would have to pay more.The location is amazing. Everything is nearby and accessible. Specially the metro is at walking distance. You can enjoy your stay if the smell doesn't bother you. I would have liked the stay better if they charged less.

Giving 1 star only for location, rest all is pathetic, rooms are so old and dirty, plz renovate the property.

Price non-negotiable. Fixed rate. Neither shower 🚿 nor basin was not available . No bedsheets no pillow cover changes. Room not properly cleaned. Cooler without water blowing warm air. Window is not grilled ,less sense of security. However the location is nice.

Bad smell was coming from backside As it was fish market and they have not covered the ventilator, Ventilator was very big.
